NHS sexual health clinic in B6 West at the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport, run by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. It's appointment only, so don't turn up without one: call the triage line on 01495 765065, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm. Demand is high at the moment, so the line may suggest a free test-by-post kit, a GP or a pharmacy instead. HIV clinics run on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, and PrEP clinics on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday and Friday mornings, both at the Cordell Centre in the same hospital (PrEP line 01633 234848). PEP has to be started within 3 days of a risk: call 01495 765065 for an urgent appointment.
