Terms of use

Last updated 3 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and LadFinder when you use ladfinder.com. They're written to be read. By using the site, or creating a profile, you agree to them.

Who we are

LadFinder is run by the LadFinder team. You can reach us at hello@ladfinder.com.

Adults only

LadFinder is for people aged 18 or over. Don't use it if you're under 18. If we learn a profile belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

What LadFinder is, and isn't

Your profile

Reviews and anything else you send us

Every review is checked by a person before it appears. Reviews must be your own honest experience of the place. Don't post, or send us in any form:

You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to show it on LadFinder for as long as it's up. We may edit out personal details, refuse to publish something, or remove it later, and we may suspend or delete profiles that break these rules.

Business profiles

Reporting something, and complaints

If you see something on LadFinder that you think is illegal, harmful, or wrong:

A person reads every report. We take down anything illegal as soon as we're aware of it, and aim to deal with other reports within a few days. You can also email us to complain about how we've handled a report, about something we've removed or refused, about a decision on your profile or listing, or about how we're meeting our duties under the Online Safety Act. We'll look at it again, with fresh eyes where we can, and reply with what we've decided and why.

Using the site fairly

Don't copy our listings in bulk, run automated tools against the site, try to get into parts of it that aren't meant for you, or do anything that would stop it working for others.

Our responsibility to you

LadFinder is free and provided as it is. We're not responsible for what happens at any place listed, for decisions you make based on a listing, or for things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change matters to profile holders we'll tell you by email first. If you don't agree, you can delete your profile.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

How we handle your information is explained on the privacy page.
